Theseus and ariadne

Ariadne is a character in the Syfy series Olympusalso loosely based on Greek myths. So Hellanicus and Andron of Halicarnassus tell us. But there were other deities of the watery depths, notably the "old man of the sea", the god Nereus, with his fifty daughters, the Nereids.
